This website (logicaloperator.co, operating under the "Minibull" brand, the "Site") is operated by Gökmen Akşun ("Seller", "we"). By using the Site or purchasing a product through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Products

All products sold through the Site (indicators, automated trading robots / Expert Advisors / cBots, and related documentation) are digital licensed software products. Products are designed to run on MetaTrader 5, cTrader and/or TradingView. Some products may also be offered through third-party marketplaces such as MQL5 Market or the cTrader Store, in which case the relevant third party's own terms also apply.

3. License, Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

When you buy or rent a product, you are granted only a personal, non-transferable license to use it; the source code, algorithm, or intellectual property of the product is not transferred to you. Copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering, reselling, re-renting, or sharing the products with third parties is strictly prohibited. For products taken under a "Rent" plan, the right to use the product automatically expires at the end of the purchased period.

4. Not Investment Advice — Risk Warning

No product, content, signal, backtest result, or performance data offered on the Site constitutes investment advice, financial counsel, or a guarantee of profit. Trading leveraged products (forex, CFDs, indices, crypto, etc.) carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance (including backtest or forward test results) is not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for making your own investment decisions based on your own research and risk tolerance. You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase these products.

5. Membership and Account Security

To make a purchase, you must create an account (email/password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. Please contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayTR (for Turkish cards) or Stripe (for international cards). Your card details are never stored on our servers; they are transmitted directly to the relevant payment provider's secure system.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including lost profits or business losses) arising from the use of the products.

8. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.
